I began Fantasy Football Hawai’i in 1994 after accidentally buying a fantasy football magazine and reading it at work.

Eight clueless friends agreed to give it a go, so we started the very first league.

This was in the days before the internet was accessible to the public, so I had to get the box scores out of the USA Today newspaper and the results were tallied on paper.  Owners would call for results.  Unreal…

For a few years, the league grew slowly and my first website was created.  Eventually I reached 20 guys.  Expansion begin in 2001, when I added a few more leagues to accommodate the interest.  Within 10 years, I reached my peak with 11 leagues and 200 owners. Most of whom are still active participants.

In 2011, I took the year off to develop my website further and focus on the most unique and in depth fantasy scoring systems found anywhere.

Fortunately, my web developer is my brother, so working together, we’ve created what is now one of the only fully interactive and independent fantasy football sites in the country.

With the exception of the covid year of 2020, we’ve been doing this consistently for the last 12 seasons. And now we have launched the website into an even more dynamic version.
